Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns on any item marked as Final Sale. Generally this will be items permanently reduced in price by more than 20%.
All other items may be returned for refund or for exchange within 30 days of receipt. They must be in new condition. You must initiate a return using our website - do not simply send the item back to us. You will receive instructions on how to return your items after you begin the return process online. You can print a prepaid label as part of that process, and a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. The $5 fee is only once per shipment returned - not per item. If you prefer, you can ship the items using the carrier of your choice at your own cost. If you request to exchange your item, there will be no shipping charged on the replacement order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
We never charge restocking fees on returns unless the item is returned in non-resellable condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at help@haroldandhazel.com if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This includes Final Sale items.
If you have opted to purchase our package insurance, we guarantee that any damaged, lost, or stolen packages will be promptly and fully replaced. Reach out to us at help@haroldandhazel.com to get that process started.
